Early Iterations
At this point I was headed in the right direction but the design and color needed some major refinements. I changed my approach by having the background image stretch the entire canvas or at least 75 percent. I also needed to change the colors I was using. The bright blue and pink does not contrast well in design and can really make text hard to read. I ended up choosing to use a softer pink, tan, and green, which really strengthened my work at this stage.
Around this time I also edited the logo by shortening it and giving it its own flare. There is multiple important aspects coming in to play when creating a enticing Instagram ad. I need to have a a harmony of color, text , and strong imagery. The main emphasis of these ads are the text which is important because you want to viewer to understand the ads purpose and design with just a simple 5 second glance.
